Health and Safety and the Law including what is Due diligence and how it is applied in the courts
Participants will learn how to use and understand the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations. Students will receive the current copy of Occupational Health and Safety for Industrial establishments. In this course we will learn how to read the information contained in the Act and its regulations.
